The Oswego County SPCA is dedicated to ending overpopulation of animals. Therefore to receive monthly food for your pet, all pets in-household must be spayed/ neutered or must be on the waitlist to get spayed/ neutered with a local clinic. Proof of this is required.
If pets are not spayed/ neutered, the owner can receive a once-a-year distribution of food. |
